Free Swim Lessons Policy
Eligibility and Registration

Eligibility: These free swim lessons are available to new participants only.

Free 4 Lessons [$100 Deposit and $55 Equipment Payable]

Registration: Participants must register in advance and select their preferred time slot from the available options.

No opting out of equipment

Only credit card payments.

For first 50 signups and promotion will be stopped upon maximum signups.

Balances lessons are Non transferrable to other people
Lesson Schedule

Timing: The swim lessons are offered at specific times only. Participants must choose from the following slots:

Consistency: Once a time slot is chosen, it cannot be changed. Participants are expected to attend all four lessons at the chosen time.
Attendance and Make-up Lessons

No Make-up Policy: There are no make-up lessons available for these four free sessions. If a participant misses a lesson, it cannot be rescheduled or made up at a later time.

No Pushback: The timing of the free lessons cannot be adjusted or postponed. Participants must adhere to the original schedule agreed upon at registration.
Cancellation and Refunds

Non-refundable: As these lessons are provided for free, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed lessons.

Cancellation: Participants must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a lesson. However, this will not entitle them to a make-up lesson or adjustment in the schedule.
General Guidelines

Punctuality: Participants should arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of each lesson.

Attire: Proper swim attire is required for all lessons.

Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the pool rules and instructions from the swim instructor at all times.

Health and Safety: If a participant feels unwell, they should inform the instructor immediately and refrain from attending the lesson.
By registering for these free swim lessons, participants agree to comply with the above policies.
